Final 1816 pattern before the introduction of the Gladius. Dated March 1820 from the Klingenthal armoury under the Coulaux Brothers (Inspection stamps on the hilt also verify this).

Overall the sabre briquet is in good condition for an infantry side arm of it's age. The hilt is in excellent condition and tight on the blade. The blade itself has some slight pitting on the edge as I have tried to show in the pictures under different light.

Scabbard is showing signs of it's age but it's completely intact with no cracks or splits. Unfortunately selling due to other commitments.
