Registration with ABCollection and use of the services proposed by ABCollection are reserved to individuals of legal adult age in their country, and implicate the acceptance and respect of the mentioned charter. 1) Registration The free of charges registration to ABCollection confers to an individual the member's status. This status with the use of a confidential password and a pseudonym grants access to all proposed services. During the registration process, the service user agrees to provide accurate and complete data. The service user also agrees to update those data as soon as possible. 2) Personal account A member is titular, free of charges, of a personal account. This personal account is named "My page", and allows him/her to manage his/her own data and inputs. However, there is no guaranty from ABCollection that a third party will not intercept the member's data or inputs transmitted over the Internet. 4) User's responsibilities A user is entirely responsible for the data he/she inputs, broadcasts or provides to others users through ABCollection's website. Furthermore, a user commits to the following: - not to input, broadcast or provide wrong, fraudulent, defamatory or slanderous data, - not to input, broadcast or provide data which are in violation of copyrights, patents or brands rights, - not to input, broadcast or provide data which are related to the private matter of individuals, - not to offer or sell any stolen, counterfeited or unlawful items, - not to infringe the French or any others countries Laws in force, especially regarding weapons and fascist organizations. Especially prohibited for sale in France, are the items that have belonged to nazi political organizations condemned at the Nuremberg trial. The emblems from the German army ( Wehrmacht, Luftwaffe, Kriegsmarine, etc. ) must be concealed on the pictures. - not to promote any fascist organization(s), or any ideology that would incite racism, hatred, violence or anti-semitism. 5) ABCollection's responsibilities The ABCollection.com website constitutes only a technical online means that offers hosting for ads or data, and allows users to communicate. Therefore, ABCollection can not be accounted responsible for the behavior(s) of users, or for prospective litigation(s) or problem(s) originating from data or ads posted by users on ABCollection's website, or for prospective transaction(s) litigation(s) or problem(s), independently from their source(s). ABCollection does not guaranty the exactitude, the veracity, the quality or the legal character of the data or ads posted on ABCollection's website. A user commit not to hold ABCollection responsible for any complaint(s), claim(s) or damage(s) arising out, directly, indirectly or against his/her will, from the use of ABCollection's website, or from the ads or data posted. ABCollection has the right to refuse or remove, without any warning(s) or explanation(s), any data or ads that are not in conformity with ABCollection's deontology, or that could harm, directly or indirectly, ABCollection or others users. ABCollection does not guaranty continuous service(s), or that the service(s) will not be interrupted, suspended, or free or errors. 6) Intellectual property and content usage rights A user is not allowed to utilize or exploit the content of any ABCollection's website data or inputs, other than for private or familial use. Any other form of data or inputs content utilization or exploitation, especially rebroadcast(s), is bound to the express and prior ABCollection authorization. ABCollection has been created by french Militaria collectors with the purpose of proposing quality services to Militaria collectors, for the benefit of everyone.
