How to order ? To place an order, please put the the item(s) you would like to order in your order basket. For this, please click on the "add to basket" link. This link can be found on the detail item description. After having added all the items you wish to purchase, please click on the "order" button located on your basket page. You will then be asked to enter the billing address and the shipping address if the shipping address is different from your billing address. After those steps, please validate this page. You will then see a summary of your order, and you will be able to select your method of payment. You order will then be validated, and a confirmation email will be send to you. |

Money back guarantee All of our items and products are brand new and guarantee without defects. In order to serve you better and to guarantee your entire satisfaction, if, for any reasons, an item should not meet your expectations, you might send it back to: ABCollection, 44C rue de Rohrbach, 57415 Enchenberg, France. We will be glad to refund you the full purchase price without any questions asked under the following conditions: The item must not have been used, must not be damaged, must be send back using the original packaging. You must also include the original invoice. The item must be send back within 7 days from the delivery date. We will then refund you the full purchase price without additional fees, and within 15 days from the reception of the item at our offices. ABCollection reserves the right to choose the refund method. Online secured payment ABCollection offers you the possibility to pay online using the Credit Mutuel Cybermut secure system, which is currently the most widely used and secure online payment system in France. All Visa, Eurocard and Mastercard are accepted. When you make a payment using Cybermut, you are directly connected to the Credit Mutuel secure server, which guarantees the security of your transaction. The entire transaction is done through a 128 bits SSL (latest security norm) encrypted session with the Credit Mutuel secure server. The details of the transaction are only available to the bank. Delivery times and Shipping Rates The item(s) will be delivered at the shipping address indicated by the customer in her/his order. If no shipping address is indicated, the item(s) will be delivered at the billing address indicated by the customer in her/his order. We will only make one shipment containing all of the item(s) you ordered. We will not make partial or separate shipments. However should an item(s) become unavailable for any reasons independent of our will, we will make a partial shipment, and refund you the full purchase price of the missing item(s). The delivery times are indicated for each item(s). Delivery times are however only for information purposes, and can not be gauranteed. If several items are ordered, the longest delivery time should be taken into consideration since we only make full shipments. Shipping costs are set according to the amount of the order, and are automatically computed. For shipment within continental France, all shipping costs are free for orders over 80 Euros.

Terms of sale Article 1 : Applicable laws The following terms of sale are based on French laws. In the event of any claim, dispute, or controversy, the customer must first contact ABCollection in order to look for a solution. Article 2 : Confidentiality According to the French law "informatique et liberte" dated January 6, 1978, you have the right to consult and modify the information collected about you. ABCollection does not sell, hire, give away or use ourselves any of your personal details entered on this site or via ordering. They are only used to get your order to you. Article 3 : Price The prices indicated are only valid when checked. All prices include taxes, and are in Euros. Shipping costs are not included. Other currency are given only for information purposes, and the only applicable prices are the ones given in Euros. Prices in Euros are the ones that will be used for your order(s). Article 4 : Order All order must be paid in Euros. We will only ship items once the full purchase price amount has been received. We will set aside ordered items for a period not exceeding 7 days while waiting for the full purchase price amount. If the full purchase price amount has not been received within 7 days, we will not guarantee the availability of the ordered items. Article 5 : Payment method The customer might choose among several payment methods offered by ABCollection. However, ABCollection reserves the right to decline or cancel any order(s) for any reasons, which include among others non-payment, credit card authorization declination, or ongoing dispute. Article 6 : Customs and taxes The customer is liable for all taxes, Customs fees or other fees generated by her/his order(s), and this in respect to each country own laws. Article 7 : Delivery terms The item(s) will be delivered at the shipping address indicated by the customer in her/his order. Article 9 : Delivery issues Any issue arising form the delivery must be immediately indicated to the delivery party, or to the delivery counter clerk. A complaint must be filed separately with the delivery company or the Postal Services, and this within 2 days of the delivery date. Article 10 : Gurantees and Money back Mail order is governed by the French law article L. 121-16. This article sets forth that for all mail orders, the customer is allowed to retract, and ask for a full refund or for an exchange of her/his order(s) without fees other than the shipping costs, within 7 days of the delivery date. However, only item(s) sent back with the original packaging will be accepted. Any item(s) that has been damaged or for which the original packaging has been damaged will not be exchanged or refunded. The refund will be made within 15 days from the reception of the item at our offices, and ABCollection reserves the right to choose the refund method. The customer is liable for all shipping costs, and those costs will not be refunded.
